Microsoft List Gets A Number of New Features, Including Custom Templates – Microsoft List presented in mid-2020 is now rumored to have received a number of new improvements, including some of which are new features that are quite anticipated by users.
Based on the announcement, one of the new features that dihightlight is custom templates where users can now use custom templates available in microsoft list services.
Exactly as in the image above, if you can choose build in templates, or custom templates designed and launched by the organization you follow.
And well although this feature may be very rarely used, but for large companies, this feature will be quite useful to provide templates that suit their style and needs.
Outside of Microsoft List, based on the same page, Microsoft also presents comments, complete with mentions support to the List application in Microsoft Teams, so that users can give feedback on the shared list, then tag other users in it.
In addition, what I find most interesting is that the calendar view will now also be coming soon to the SharePoint website, and with it users can easily view information by date more clearly than before.
In addition, one thing that is not missed announced also by Microsoft is, now they enable list versioning, where every change will be able to be seen, there are at least 50 history that will be saved and you can access to see what changes have been made.
But unfortunately, all the features mentioned above, will not be felt by users of Microsoft Office even Office 365 though, because you must be a member of a company that subscribes to sharepoint.
