Microsoft Introduces “Kids Mode” For Edge Chromium – Today an interesting announcement has been announced by Microsoft, where they will reportedly present a “Kids Mode” feature for Microsoft Edge Chromium.
With this for users who have children between 5-8 and 9-12 years old, later parents can set friendly content for the general range.
One thing is clear from this feature, because it will certainly integrate well with Bing SafeSearch, but it is still unclear whether Google will also be supported with similar Modes, in addition to articles, themes, tracking prevention, and others will also be limited according to the age specified by parents.
To access Kids Mode is actually quite simple loh, where the user just need to click on the icon profile picker above will be the Microsoft Edge screen that the user uses, then to exit Kids Mode and log in to the adult account, will later be asked for a password that has been specified.
Well besides, although Kids Mode seems quite useful for users to use, unfortunately it is still unclear what content Microsoft will provide for that age range, then whether the entire country will get regionally appropriate content considering for now kids mode is only available in the US only, all still not explained in detail, considering this feature was just launched for Edge Canary this week.
Well for you Edge Canary users, you can get this feature right now, and as always, Microsoft wants your feedback on this feature.
